Melanie is an Associate Creative Director, Design Research lead and staple in frog’s healthcare work. Her specialties include interaction design, design research, user experience and product development. Whether it’s prototyping products to help people sleep in Chicago or interviewing pregnant women in rural Kenya, her passion for people uncovers true user value and real business opportunity.
Mark is an Executive Technology Director at frog SF. Focused on the technology side, he brings designs to life, embodying the “make it real” mantra. As an aerospace engineer turned software developer, he has an eclectic background he leverages in design to see trends across industries. He loves to work with his hands in physical-digital engagements to help do things that no one has ever done before.
Fabiola is a Swedish interaction designer at frog Austin. Her work examines forgotten or hidden truths about the human condition and its relationship to technology. An extensive background in healthcare product and service design informs her explorations on the future of body augmentation. She truly believes technology must be in service of design and can help the greater good.
Craig leads all things service design and food and beverage at frog. With experience in industries including national retailers, restaurant chains, healthcare and financial services, he understands how to translate the emotional and functional needs of people and business requirements of clients, into one holistic, ownable experience.
Todd is responsible for marketing in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He hails from a foggy island in the North Atlantic, but has called Munich home for more than a decade.
Kara Pecknold is an Associate Creative Director at frog. She has a background in visual design and design research and is the current lead for frog’s Collective Action Toolkit, a collaboration and creativity tool for group problem solving that is being used worldwide.
